Practice Income and receipts are recorded simply and quickly with Practice Manager. Simply select the patient and invoice, confirm the amount date paid and method and Practice Manager will update all your accounting and debtor record for you.... Sadly, private practice is not always that straight forward. That is why we have also made provision for the following:


Under & Over Payments…

When entering a payment Practice Manager allows you to record an under or over payment. These can then be reported on at a later date.


Displays all bills outstanding for a patient…

Allows you to choose the invoice that the payment related to. Practice Manager does not force you to allocate payments against the oldest outstanding invoice as many commercial accounting systems do.


Additional Income…

To provide a complete accounting solution you can also record non invoiced receipts such as travelling expenses or lecture fees here as well.


Single cheques for multiple patients...

Not a problem with Practice Manager! You can enter in the total cheque amount from, perhaps, an insurer then choose the patients that cheque and statement refers to!


Single click view of any outstanding bills…

Shows any debt write-right offs, credit notes, payments to-date, reminders sent and even individual comments recorded against individual bills. Practice Manager presents you with accurate, up-to-date, financial information so that you can make an informed choice based on fact - instantly!


Ability to issue a Credit Note or Debt Write-Off …

For small underpaid amounts without having to leave the payment screen. Save writing down financial "things to do", which inevitably get forgotten. With Practice Manager you can do it there and then without having to finish one option, load up another and then start all over again!


Statement Notes can be updated with free text…

Handy to record and explain reasons for payment variations, etc., without leaving the payment screen.


Reminder Letter suspension...

Patient can be flagged to "not remind for X weeks or Months" if part payment has been received asking for longer to pay without leaving the payment screen.


Personalised Receipts - click print..!

Practice Manager comes with both standard receipts and shortfall letters for Patients, Parents/Guardians, Solicitors, and Insurers, GP's, Hospitals and referring Specialists. These can be amended if required or others added. Practice Manager does not constrain you to predefined templates. All printed output in Practice Manager can be tailored to reflect the professional image of your practice that you wish to portray, not simply a printed "statement" that lacks that "personal touch" that can mean so much in private practice…
