Insurers vary in the way they calculate multiple procedures, this can lead to confusion, shortfalls or even lost revenue. Practice Manager can automatically calculate the correct fee based on the most common methods of charging by the different Insurers, automatically giving the correct total based on the number of services performed. DGL will be happy to advise on how to configure your software to reduce shortfalls and increase revenues based on different methods of calculating multiple procedures.

Practice Manager can split fees for those practices or clinics that bill for third parties. Full reporting is included to manage this aspect of billing.

Different layouts can be setup for Patients, Solicitors, Insurance, Companies, etc. you can even have practice Manager automatically print different stationery depending on where the services were performed (ie, different stationery for each Clinic or Hospital)

It is not uncommon for a patient to slip through the system when billing manually. Practice Manager allows you to record everything as you go along and either print the bill there and then or leave it till the treatment is finished. Practice Manager won't forget!
