Patient Recall
Using a manual card-index system to recall your patients
is inefficient and could lead to mistakes and lost revenue...
Practice Manager will allow you to record patients who should
be recalled in the future for further appointments, tests or investigations.
While your NHS patients may be covered by the National Recall Database, in private
practice the onus is on the Practitioner to ensure that adequate procedures
are in place to ensure that patients are recalled as appropriate.
|
Computerising your recall system is simple, fast and efficient....
An unlimited number of different recall types
can be set up (e.g. Smear Test, Mammogram, Post-Op Review, immunisations,
etc.) each with its own timescale and letter layout. Practice Manager
can then write to all patients due to be recalled between given dates.
Additionally, Recall letters can be worded differently when recalling
children, allowing you to automatically write to the parent re the
child.
