The Diagnostic Module is an episode driven record of diagnostic
information relating to an individual patient. Information stored here can be
used and analysed together with information recorded as a by-product of entering
procedure codes when invoicing.

ICD9 Coding System pre-loaded
| A fully licensed copy of the ICD9 coding system
is preloaded into the system, although this can be augmented with
your own coding system if you require. This allows you to either directly
enter the diagnosis code (the full description is then automatically
displayed), or use Practice Managers powerful search features to locate
the correct code by searching for descriptions that includes a particular
word, multiple words, or even boolean searches (such as "Lens+Cataract"
or "Lens OR Cataract" |
Event Driven Diagnostics
The Diagnostic Module is episode driven with no
limit to the number of events within each episode. Each episode allows
for the recording of;
- Episode Number
- Start & End Dates of Episode
- Date Symptoms first presented
- GP Visit Date
- Coding information including: Date, Code, Description and free
text comments for your reference.
