Practice Manager includes comprehensive and flexible clinic and theatre diaries that allow fast and accurate entry of information, management of diaries and easy production of printed clinic and theatre lists in a format that you can modify to suit your particular requirements.


Once you have set up the diaries by telling Practice Manager the times and locations of your clinics and theatre sessions, you can easily search for available slots and book appointments whilst a patient is on the phone. Practice Manager can then automatically produce a letter confirming the arrangements to the patient, GP or solicitor (requires correspondence module). You can record if a patient has requested an earlier appointment, allowing you to easily report on patients available at short-notice to fill any cancellations.




Our computerised diary can do things a paper diary could never accomplish....

Practice Manager will warn you if the patient has previously not kept appointments, showing you details of any cancellations or DNAs and reasons why. When adding theatre appointments you can also record details of planned procedures, operation time and TCI information.

Practice Manager will automatically warn if you try to double-book an appointment but will not prevent you from doing so.

In addition to recording patient appointments you can also store information on holidays, meetings, court attendance, unavailability etc. You can set up an unlimited number of diaries allowing you to keep separate diaries for personal work, other staff etc without filling your desk.


Everyone has their own view on what a computerised diary should look like...

Diaries can be viewed in a variety of ways, allowing a sequential list, a "time-line" view or a week view of appointments.

Printed lists can be produced in a wide variety of formats and there is even a Clinic & Theatre List Designer to allow you to design your own layout if required.

From the Clinic & Theatre screens you can access other areas of the Practice Manager software such as invoicing, allowing you to ensure that all appointments have been correctly billed.


Multiple Diaries as well…

You can setup multiple diaries in Practice Manager that can be viewed side by side if required. Essential for larger clinics with more than one practitioner.
