Supporting our existing client base is our top priority which is why our support team makes up over half the staff here at DGL Solutions.
We appreciate that having such an effective support structure benefits us as much as our clients with a large majority of our new consultants joining us are doing so because of our existing clients glowing references.
We have extensive, continuously updated inbuilt help files to help you on your way but and will always keep you up to date with the latest developments of the system via our new version release notes that are available via our website or when updating to the latest version.
Your support subscription always includes updates that become available for the software, we are continually developing the software to remain at the cutting edge of development and innovation, again a majority of this development work is in response to ideas and requests from our existing customers feedback and recommendations to further develop our software to make your lives even easier and efficient.
All support staff are based in our Buckinghamshire office and can liaise directly with the system programmers if required.
Support can be contacted via telephone or email but a majority of queries are answered via our easy, secure remote access system whereby we can take control of your system (with your permission) to fix an issue for you quickly and easily get you up and running as efficiently as possible.
Support hours are 09.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Although the phones will not accept any further incoming calls from 17.30 the team are here until 18.00 to finish off outstanding calls.

All support calls are logged on our own inhouse support system so any support technician can easily review your support call history to ascertain it's impact on any current issue you are experiencing.
